The project is located in the Xianglu Petrochemical 4.5 Million TPY PTA Project Gule Peninsula, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. Upon completion, the annual production capacity of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) will reach 4.5 million tons, making it the world’s largest PTA production line. The project has adopted the most stringent domestic environmental control standards and world-leading environmental protection technology, and has a complete set of safety and environmental emergency measures. Currently, the project has been included in the national petrochemical industry restructuring and revitalization plan.
